Assistant Manager Opportunity at Mecca Bingo

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations within the venue, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead a team of staff to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
