About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and entertaining experience for all guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
