Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, set goals, and monitor progress.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control costs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
