About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving forward a successful food and beverage offering within our venue. You will manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation, taking ownership of all bar and restaurant operations as part of a team that is passionately committed to providing a fun and memorable night out for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
* Lead a team of talented personnel in the F&B department
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and convert revenue to profit
* Provide exceptional customer experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the General Manager to deliver consistent standards and results

* Experience in leading a team and managing a business or department
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
