About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.

You will be the General Manager's partner in delivering consistent standards and results, with a focus on team engagement, customer experiences, and generating revenue. Your adaptability, communication skills, and ability to mentor and coach the team will be essential in achieving results.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and can lead a team to achieve results. Key Responsibilities
