Unlocking Revenue Growth Opportunities
Kimberly-Clark is committed to delivering our purpose of Better Care for a Better World. As a key member of our UKI IFP organisation, the RGM Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our margins.
- Lead Data Analysis across the RGM levers, identifying actionable recommendations to grow revenue and expand our margins.
- Partner with Revenue Management Lead and Brand Leadership Teams to enable the delivery of the RGM process, deploying methodology within the RGM framework to identify net revenue and profitable growth opportunities.
- Develop and build strong relationships across commercial teams, focusing on executional levers of RGM.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts both locally and regionally to build capability and develop enhanced ways of working.
- Enhance RGM capabilities of the wider business, with a specific focus on promotional execution, PPA, and trade plans.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in defining and executing strategy, with a bias towards taking action and driving impact.
- Results-oriented, with an inquisitive mindset - challenging the status quo and creative in validating new ideas.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills - able to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering results within FMCG and working within matrix organisations.
