Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving project success, developing strategic plans, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies, goals, and objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution;
  • Maintain project records, reports, and documentation;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and take corrective action when necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the plumbing and heating industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues;
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana;
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:
