Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR reporting specialist. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining HR reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights
  • Providing regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and systems

About You:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills. You should have a passion for data analysis and be able to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible working hours, generous holiday entitlement, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
