Your Role:

In this role, you will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, providing individual attention, reassurance, and help with living and learning tasks. You will be responsible for building trusting student relationships, motivating, and encouraging students as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
