About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our school community and take on the challenge of inspiring young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan, deliver, and assess lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
- To establish a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, respect, and empathy.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to provide support and guidance to students.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and any areas of concern.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as QTS or equivalent.
- Experience of teaching children aged 5-11 years old, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
- A proven track record of promoting student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement.
