Teaching Assistant Role Overview
At Vision for Education - Northampton, we are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This rewarding opportunity involves supporting learners aged 11-16 who require additional help due to social, emotional, and behavioural concerns.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key responsibilities include assisting the progress of SEMH pupils and working collaboratively as part of a team. We offer competitive daily rates paid using the PAYE system, as well as opportunities for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
