**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Learning and Development to join our London-based HR Team. As a strategic focused L&D Advisor with international experience, you will collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver L&D strategies globally.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Create and implement learning and development strategies and programs globally, understanding the medium- and long-term growth plans.
* Assess individual and organisational development needs, identify skill gaps and future learning requirements globally.
* Track learning effectiveness, including recording, reporting and analysis of training records.
* Assess the success of development plans and to work with employees and managers to support career development.
* Forecast current and future learning and development costs, advise on the right course of action.
* E-learning platform content; Keep abreast of latest learning and development products and approaches.
* Onboarding of employees, support the global team when necessary.
* Management of external learning funded by the organisation such as apprenticeships, certifications, and other funded opportunities.
* Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement.

**Requirements**

* Proven track record of developing and implementing L&D strategies in a growing team.
* Experience in project management and budgeting.
* Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions and make recommendations in a clear, concise and easily understandable manner.
* Business level fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal).
