Job Title: 360 Sales Consultant

Hours: Office based, Monday - Friday
Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped commission

This role is ideal for a sales professional with at least 18 months experience in recruitment or business development. You will be responsible for using outbound sales techniques to attract and develop new business from client companies, as well as visiting clients and project sites to build positive relationships.

You will also be expected to work towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed and total revenue billed. This may involve generating leads through various techniques, including candidate calling and market research, as well as working with the delivery team to review applications and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.

You will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle and closing high-level deals. You will need to negotiate pay and salary rates, and take ownership of your own specialist market, where you can grow out and develop a team around you.

Requirements
  • At least 18 months experience in a recruitment or sales/business development role
  • Motivated to prove yourself as a key player and provide the best service for clients and candidates
  • Tenacious and resilient, not phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A-Level, or degree qualified desirable
  • Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
