Job Description:

The role of an Outbound Telesales Specialist at Vertex IT Solutions Ltd is to generate new business opportunities for our growing company through cold calling. As a key member of the sales team, you will create and maintain a database of prospects that fit our ideal customer profile.

We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential prospects that match our target client profiles.
  2. Makes outbound cold calls to create a pipeline of prospects and introduce our company and services.
  3. Determines if the prospect has a valid need for our products and services.
  4. Progresses cold calls into qualified leads and books appointments for the sales team.
  5. Follows up with prospects and maintains a record of all contacts and outcomes.
  6. Updates and manages the CRM system with accurate and relevant information on all prospects.
  7. Meets and exceeds monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
