Job Description

A National Service provider has partnered with us to recruit skilled Diabetes Specialist Nurses to join their nationwide team.

The ideal candidate will have a diabetes diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of post-registration experience managing diabetes within primary care.

You will be responsible for identifying sub-optimally controlled patients with Type 2 diabetes, optimising their oral therapy, conducting point-of-care testing and referring for specialist insulin treatment when necessary.

In addition to this, you will exercise corporate nursing responsibilities.
