Opportunity for Experienced Nurses

Connaught Resourcing is excited to announce an opportunity for experienced nurses to join our team as Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Leads. In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of a nationwide Diabetes team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting clinics in community settings, such as GP practices, care homes, and health centers
- Optimizing oral therapy for patients with Type 2 diabetes
- Conducting point-of-care testing and referring for specialist insulin treatment when necessary
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the individual needs of patients

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a pro-active manner. You will also need to be knowledgeable about the latest developments in diabetes management and stay up-to-date with best practices.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an annual bonus incentive scheme worth up to 10% of annual salary, car allowance or company car, fuel card for business miles, company pension, private medical insurance, NMC/RCN fees, daily lunch allowance when in practice, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 5 years service), laptop, and mobile phone provided. The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 based on experience.
