Epicor Support Specialist - Competitive Salary + Benefits with Flexible Working

Are you experienced in providing support for Epicor within a manufacturing environment and seeking a new opportunity to tackle intricate support challenges? This role offers the chance to engage closely with Epicor users while receiving training to contribute to Epicor Kinetic projects and implementations.

Our client is committed to enhancing their operations by implementing Epicor Kinetic across new UK locations and upgrading existing systems. Consequently, they are expanding their team of Epicor Analysts to cater to the growing number of Epicor users in the UK. The organization is also focused on refining Epicor processes and standardizing its use.

You will be part of a UK-based company with a global presence, dedicated to designing, developing, and manufacturing innovative technology solutions that shape the future across various industries. With over 20 locations worldwide, the company continues to expand through acquisitions and by enhancing its design-led product offerings to support a sustainable future.

As a member of the Epicor team, your responsibilities will include assisting Epicor users by addressing a range of support tickets and requests. This encompasses troubleshooting, administration, coordinating with third-party Epicor support, and collaborating with other IT departments to enhance system functionality. You will also handle user requests related to BPM development and data inquiries with BAQ, alongside the transition towards standardization.

Your current level of expertise in Epicor support will dictate the complexity of the support tickets you address. You will receive training to advance to third-line Epicor support and gain proficiency in BPM and BAQ. Additionally, there are opportunities to develop skills for Epicor Kinetic implementations, upgrades, and standardization. There is a wealth of work to be done, especially as the company continues to grow.

About You:

We are interested in candidates who possess:

  • Experience in Epicor Support, ideally as an Epicor superuser, with additional support experience being highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the MRP module of Epicor.
  • The enthusiasm and capability to engage with a diverse range of Epicor users, third parties, and IT colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, coupled with a desire to enhance applications.
  • The ability to comprehend the business objectives related to Epicor.
  • Knowledge of BPM and BAQ or SQL is beneficial but not mandatory.

Location / Flexible Working: This position offers flexible working arrangements, with some travel to UK offices for project work. You can be based at any of the UK offices, with a typical schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Compensation:

The salary ranges from approximately £40,000 to £50,000, depending on your level of Epicor expertise, plus bonus, pension, medical benefits, 25 days of annual leave, public holidays, and more.
