About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Support Specialist to join our team at Genium Selection. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients who utilize Epicor software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor users, including resolving complex issues and improving system functionality.
  • Liaise with 3rd party Epicor support and collaborate with other IT departments to integrate and improve system functionality.
  • Support the implementation and upgrade of Epicor Kinetic, including training and development of skills in BPM & BAQ.
  • Work closely with Epicor users to understand their business needs and provide solutions to improve their Epicor experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Epicor support, with a strong understanding of the MRP module.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand business needs and provide solutions to improve Epicor functionality.
  • Desirable: experience with BPM and BAQ, or SQL.
