Job Description: Mid-Market Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Manager to join our commercial broking team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored insurance strategies to meet the unique needs of mid-market/CORPORATE clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with underwriters and other teams to negotiate and secure competitive terms.
  • Analyse insurance requirements and market conditions to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policies, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts.
