Our Sales team is the driving force behind new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business worldwide. Each area of the department works efficiently to acquire and activate mid-market segment customers with a solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive who can identify prospective customers in the mid-market segment. With detailed knowledge of our full product suite, you'll match customers to the best plan based on their needs, helping them adopt new features and increase usage of existing ones.

This role involves activating new customers in the mid-market segment, prospecting high-potential accounts by identifying key indicators such as annual turnover, number of employees, and industry. You'll conduct 'Discovery and Qualification' to assess customer needs and potential during the sign-up process while providing support and guidance.

What sets this role apart?

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle
  • A track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (dependent on location)
