Part Time Onsite Administrator

Job Summary:
Pertemps Falkirk is seeking an experienced Onsite Administrator to support our operations in Wishaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager and other team members
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Hours:
10:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday on site at our customer's premises

£12 per hour
