Job Summary:
Pertemps is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Wishaw. As an Onsite Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our drivers and staff across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Deliver high levels of operational support to all sites aligned to the region, including gathering driver weekly availability, completing licence checks, and maintaining compliance and accuracy of systems.
- Contract Management: Support the Contract Manager with forward planning, obtaining and tracking driver weekly availability, and ensuring 100% compliance audit rating for the sites.
- Communication: Maintain close working relationships with drivers and staff across each location, using available tools to ensure effective communication.
- System Management: Manage and maintain all systems, ensuring support for the Contract Manager to deliver 100% compliance audit rating.
- Payroll and Benefits: Ensure all relevant payroll deadlines are met, managing the flow of information between the client and internal departments.
- Problem-Solving: Escalate operational issues in a timely manner, involving senior Customer and/or Pertemps management as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve process, recruitment, financial, and operational performance, benefiting the Pertemps contract.
Requirements:
- Decision-Making: Make sound and confident decisions on behalf of the client and Pertemps.
- Communication Skills: Display a calm, encouraging, and enthusiastic character when managing complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
- Task Management: Meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
