Job Title: SME Insurance Support Expert

Contract Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Account Broker to join our SME Department. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of key insurance principles and be able to provide support to commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide support to commercial customers to convert new business, service existing accounts, and retain renewals in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • To plan, prioritise, and manage your time to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements:
  • Customer service skills.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (subject to knowledge/experience).
