Main Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Growth: Inherit an established book of clients from a recently advanced colleague and strategically expand the portfolio, converting leads into loyal customers.
- New Business Acquisition: Engage in proactive networking and prospecting activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with an existing client base, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in insurance broking or a similar client-facing role within the financial services sector.
- Adept at managing and growing a client book, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing business development chances.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the firm's success.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance.
