Expert Social Care Lead

We require an experienced expert to lead our social care team as an Expert Social Care Lead. This is a 3-6 months contract based in the Barnsley area.

Key Functions:
  1. Management of the B-SAFE team, ensuring high-standard practice delivery, including MOSAIC system recording.
  2. Collaboration with peer managers to provide high-quality case supervision and clinical/reflective supervision.
  3. Leadership of key functions, such as MACE, Strategy, and complex strategy management.
  4. Development of the B-SAFE model through task completion.
  5. Audit and evaluation of practice to maintain high standards.

The salary for this position is £28 per hour. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience working in a similar field, and a strong understanding of the B-SAFE model.
