Lead Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Care Assistant to join our team at Mapplewell Manor in Barnsley. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Support residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably as a senior care assistant.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A kind, warm, and caring nature.
- A competitive salary of £13.65 per hour.
