Compassionate Care Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Wood Care Group. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Our salary is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, with the potential for overtime pay. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including exceptional training and career development opportunities, uniform provided, free onsite car parking, and access to a comprehensive library of wellbeing resources through our My Healthy Advantage App.
About You:
- You will need to be able to lead by example, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of others.
- A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be an advantage, but we also provide full training for those without prior experience.
- Experience working in a care home environment is desirable but not essential, as we welcome candidates who are passionate about providing high-quality care.
As a Care Assistant at Wood Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met. This will involve assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
We take pride in being a family-run business that values its employees, offering a positive work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our Employee Recognition Scheme, Proud to Care, celebrates the outstanding contributions of our staff, while our Refer a Friend scheme offers rewards for successful referrals.
If you share our commitment to providing exceptional care and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
