About the Role:

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dillington Mews, an autism specific supported living service in Barnsley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our tenants, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to 6 tenants, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individual support plans, ensuring each tenant's needs are met and their choices are respected.
  • Work closely with families and significant others to ensure a seamless support package.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
