Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Servers. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of our HR objectives and full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and the Head of HR UK to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, professional, and efficient HR service aligns with the Department's requirements.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations.
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Support Line Manager and inform Human Resources management of issues related to UK employee relations.
  • Process details relating to starters and leavers, contractual amendments, bonuses, change of personal details, annual leave, sickness, etc.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, coordinating and conducting applicant initial screens, reference checks, background checks, RTW checks, and share code number verification.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with UK law and company policies and standards.
  • Monitor and assist UK leadership team with employee's probation and performance reviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Support the Head of HR UK with any 'ad hoc' HR projects as when required.
  • Support the Head of HR UK in maintaining accurate employee records, attendance management, and HR databases.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all staff queries.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification; Qualified CIPD Level 3 Foundation minimum (CIPD Level 5 preferred).
  • 3 years of HR experience within a similar position, including knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Comfortable working alone, with the ability to perform in a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
