About the Role

As a Human Resources Consultant at Michael Page, you will be responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, providing performance management guidance to line management, and working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, assist with investigations, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Workforce Planning: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in HR practices and employee relations, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Skillset: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyse and interpret information.
