About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Robin Hood Avenue. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as domestic and finance management, accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our residents.
  • Participate in a weekly rota system and be available for on-call duties.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in mental health support, preferably with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience. A caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others are essential qualities for this role.
