About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Robin Hood Avenue. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with service users to develop and implement personalized support plans to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide support and guidance to service users in developing their domestic and financial management skills.
  • Assist service users in accessing work, leisure, and educational opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a comprehensive support service to service users.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in mental health support, preferably with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience. You will need to possess a caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is the willingness to participate in a weekly rota system and be available for on-call duties.

What We Offer
