About the Role:

The role of Outpatient Clinic Coordinator is a vital part of our administrative team at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality clerical and administrative support.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, meeting and greeting them upon arrival, and ensuring accurate recording of patient data. You will also be required to ensure adherence to the Trust's Access Policy and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
