About the Role
  • Coordinate rotas to ensure continuity of care staff and appropriate travel time
  • Monitor staff time-keeping and report concerns to the Registered Manager
  • Liaise with clients and carers to ensure care is delivered according to client needs

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing high-quality care. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment is preferred, although not essential.
