Are you a passionate and dedicated professional in Residential Children's Care looking to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of care professionals? We're seeking a skilled Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Dovetail & Slate | B Corp®, a leading provider of Caring Professions apprenticeships.

About the Role:

  • Support and coach a caseload of apprentices within Residential Children's Services, guiding them through their apprenticeship qualification.
  • Deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills, with the support of our internal team and modern technology.
  • Work from home and run 121 training sessions in the workplace, utilizing Microsoft Teams to support learners remotely.
  • Enjoy a hybrid role with flexibility and opportunities for career growth and development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of up to £37,000 (dependent on experience).
