Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer

Are you a passionate and experienced Residential Children's Care professional looking to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of care professionals? We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team and facilitate the learning and development of apprentices within Residential Children's Services.

About the Role

As a Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer, you will work with a caseload of apprentices, supporting, coaching, and mentoring them through their apprenticeship qualification. You will deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to apprentices within Residential Children's Services
  • Support and mentor apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship qualification
  • Work with a caseload of apprentices, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to apprentices
