Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team at Dovetail and Slate | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our apprentices within Residential Children's Services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills, to a caseload of apprentices within Residential Children's Services.
  • Support, coach, and mentor apprentices through their apprenticeship qualification, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work from home and run 121 training sessions in the workplace, utilizing Microsoft Teams to support learners remotely.
  • Prep learners for face-to-face visits, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident in their abilities.
