Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessing learners working towards Apprenticeships and Short Courses in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills.
  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships and Short Courses in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
Requirements:
  • Solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Team Leader level or above.
  • Own Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 as a minimum.
  • Demonstrable experience of internal training and development experience within a care setting.
  • Ideal Assessor's award or Teaching qualification.
  • Good level of ICT skills and confident to work remotely.
  • Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Personal Qualities:
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
