We are seeking a Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor to join our team, providing training and support to learners working towards Apprenticeships and Short Courses in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver training and support to learners, assessing their progress and providing feedback.
  2. Manage learner diaries, ensuring timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  3. Organise and maintain documentation on learner progress.
  4. Support, advise, and motivate learners to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  1. Must hold a solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Team Leader level or above.
  2. Must hold a Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 as a minimum.
  3. Demonstrable experience of internal training and development in a care setting.
  4. Ideal candidate will hold an Assessors award or Teaching qualification.
  5. Good ICT skills and ability to work remotely.
  6. Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
