Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer

Are you a passionate and experienced Residential Children's Care professional looking to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of care professionals? We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team and facilitate the learning and development of apprentices within Residential Children's Services.

About the Role:

  • Support and coach apprentices through their apprenticeship qualification
  • Deliver the full apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills
  • Work with a caseload of apprentices, providing one-to-one training and mentoring
  • Utilize modern technology to streamline admin and enhance the learning experience
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training programs

Requirements:

  • Solid occupational competence in a Management role within the Residential Childcare sector
  • Ability to work with under 18's or vulnerable adults
