Rec Financial is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts for three business units, analyzing sales and business performance, and working closely with the Financial Controller to add value and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for business growth. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

The role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits, including hybrid working. The business has a modern approach to working with its employees and offers future career growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
  2. Analysis of sales and business performance
  3. Working closely with the Financial Controller
  4. Assisting with year-end activities
  5. Contributing to budgeting and forecasting

The successful candidate will be studying for either CIMA or ACCA and will have the opportunity to receive study support from the business.
