Accounting and Finance Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Lead to join our client's Accounts Receivable team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing debt recovery teams and a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with the team to complete collections and credit checks, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Oversee the credit process to guarantee alignment with company standards
  • Manage debtor statements, including reconciliation and allocation
  • Work closely with other departments to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive growth and development
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve any AR-related issues promptly
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in an AR or credit role (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of AR principles and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in SAP accounting software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
