An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Credit Specialist to join Additional Resources Ltd.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 plus overtime opportunity.

As a Credit Specialist, you will manage a caseload of credit hire claims, working independently and collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including credit hire providers.What We Are Looking For:
  1. Previously worked as a Credit Hire Litigator or in a similar role.
  2. Experience in credit hire litigation.
  3. Background with essential KPIs, including settlements, billing, and case progression timelines.
  4. Familiarity with RTA claims and the ability to manage these cases to conclusion.
  5. Understanding of key legal frameworks, including relevant case law, the MOJ Protocol, and CPR.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
