Customer Service Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer service operations as a Customer Service Operations Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our after-sales strategy, systems, and day-to-day operations. Our primary customers are small businesses where our commercial refrigeration products are business-critical, necessitating a robust service plan, structure, and process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing services and operations teams, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies that drive business growth. You will work closely with our team to understand our customers' needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
In terms of compensation, the salary range for this position is estimated to be between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. Benefits may include additional pay or other incentives, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
