We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Morson Talent. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to our leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Support all people activity on the resort, working closely and partnering with leaders from across all areas to develop a people plan for both reactive and proactive people activity.
- Work closely with specialists within the wider People Team to ensure any actions or activity is managed effectively, including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll and Reward.
- Manage any resort-based case work, which may be varied in topic and complexity, supporting and coaching leaders through this and acting as a trusted advisor to the team.
- Lead a range of people activities that reflect our values and business objectives, encouraging a fantastic culture with a focus on continuous development and making a difference to our guests.
- Support in upskilling and training the team in a range of core HR subjects.
- Experience in operating in a complex organization with different functions.
- Excellent practical knowledge of employment law and how to effectively apply HR policy.
- Experience in working closely with teams of all levels through sometimes challenging situations.
- An approachable and engaging style, with the ability to operate within an agile business where things can change quickly.
