About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Advisor to join our Butlins People Team. As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with our People Partner to enhance the experience of our resort team.
Your primary focus will be on executing, advising, and coaching on all people-related processes. This includes supporting leaders to be fair and consistent in their approach to employee relations instances, ensuring all policies and processes are followed accurately, and leading to effective and timely resolutions.
You'll also be responsible for reviewing and auditing cases to identify areas for continuous improvement. From disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans, and other employee-related matters, you'll demonstrate our core value of 'We Care for Each Other'.
As a data-driven HR Advisor, you'll use the Microsoft suite to analyze key people data, identify trends, and contribute to developing strategies to support and retain our team. You'll stay up-to-date with legislative changes and communicate updates to the wider resort to ensure compliance and consistency across all departments.
About You
We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is either experienced in employee relations (preferably within a customer-facing business) or is newly qualified and looking for their first full-time role. As part of the People Team, you'll need to maintain a confidential and professional approach to your work, while role-modeling our Butlins Values.
You'll be supporting a resort with over [number] team members, so the ability to confidently communicate at all levels is essential. You'll also need to offer guidance and advice on a variety of topics relating to employee relations and wellbeing.
