HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our resort team. As a key member of the People Team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our resort team members.
As a HR Advisor, you will work closely with our resort leaders to ensure that all people-related processes are executed effectively and efficiently. This will involve advising and coaching on ER instances, ensuring that all policies and processes are followed accurately, and leading to timely and effective resolutions.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and auditing cases to identify areas for continuous improvement. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be essential in identifying trends and making valuable contributions to developing strategies to support and retain our team.
As a HR Advisor, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with legislative changes and communicate updates to the wider resort to ensure compliance and consistency across all departments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all audits, records, and paperwork are stored correctly and confidentially.
About YouWe are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is either experienced in ER (preferably within a customer-facing business) or is newly qualified and looking for their first full-time role. As a member of the People Team, you will be expected to have a confidential and professional approach to your work, while role-modeling our Butlin's Values.
You will be supporting a resort with over [number] team members, so the ability to confidently communicate at all levels is essential. You will also be expected to offer guidance and advice on a variety of topics relating to ER and wellbeing.
