South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Facilitator to join their team. This role will suit a degree-registered nurse with a passion for student nurse education and a genuine interest in promoting high-quality student experiences.
About the RoleThe Clinical Leadership Facilitator will contribute to educational audit and the monitoring of student evaluations, responding to areas of concern and promoting excellence. They will work under the direction of the Senior Practice Placement Facilitator to expand placement opportunities and provide training for trust staff.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct educational audits and monitor student evaluations
- Respond to areas of concern and promote excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to improve placement opportunities
- Provide training for trust staff on clinical leadership and quality improvement
- Degree-registered nurse with teaching qualification
- Knowledge of current issues and legislation affecting education in healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of the NMC standards of Education (2019)
- Clinical leadership experience
