Clinical Nurse Leader

The Clinical Nurse Leader will be responsible for managing the ward team, working closely with the Clinical Matron and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure safe and high-quality nursing care is delivered to patients. They will lead and manage the ward to respect and involve families and carers as partners in care.
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff. This training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills. You will be expected to attend the following training sessions:
You will have the opportunity to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities after completing these six and a half days of training.
This role requires a Registered Nurse with a BSc (Hons) Degree, venepuncture and cannulation skills, and a recognised teaching qualification. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within the Gastroenterology setting, varied experience in Surgical / Medical Nursing, and evidence of leadership and development.
We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 - £63,800 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
