Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children and young people with neurodevelopment conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures
- Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers to ensure effective communication and care

Requirements- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is £45,414 - £58,478 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
